I put a nickel size of the oil on the parted section, worked it in, then blow dried it. She was shocked to learn of just how harmful chemical relaxers are on our hair and where the hair we weave with really came from. She exposed me to the seedy underbelly of the world of hair. It got me to thinking about not just my hair, but my children's hair as well. From that moment, I decided to go Natural. <br /><br /><strong>Our current hair condition is: VERY DAMAGED.</strong> <br />My oldest daughter's hair is riddled with split ends, while I cannot seem to get my youngest daughter's hair to grow. My hair? Well I just get so tired of looking at it and not knowing what to do with it. I'll flat iron it once in a while and would never wash it and if I did it was to put a perm in it. Like most moms, I just don't have the money to go to the salon and get my hair done every two weeks so I said: There must be an cheaper and easier way!
